Bloodwork + Appointment Application

What's Included:

There are two options for this service.

The first is the original Functional Bloodwork package. The cost for this service is $575 and includes full blood labs and a 60 minute appointment (it is an all inclusive cost, you will not pay anything to the lab). During our appointment, we will go line by line discussing every number outside of functional range. Lifestyle and dietary recommendations will be discussed during the call, and specific herb or supplement support may be recommended based on your results.

*It's important to know that this service does not include email support - this service is for individuals not interested in ongoing care.

The second option is the Functional Bloodwork Lite service. The cost for this service is $475 and includes full blood labs and a video recording going over your results in detail (it is an all inclusive cost, you will not pay anything to the lab). Lifestyle and herbal/supplemental support is included. You will have the option to send up to 3 questions after watching your recording.

Important Details:

-Blood labs are drawn at any LabCorp location. Please make sure you are near a LabCorp prior to applying (check https://www.labcorp.com). You must be in the United States and not located in NY, RI, or NJ.

-Bloodwork services are generally reimbursable through HSA accounts but please check with yours to be sure if this is something you would like to utilize.

-Please remember that none of the information provided through functional bloodwork is diagnostic and will be for informational purposes only. If you have complex health issues or feel you need ongoing support, this service is NOT right for you.

-Please apply with intention, if you are chosen to move forward, you will be sent further information on how to purchase. There are NO refunds available.

If you already have bloodwork:

I can review outside bloodwork if it was run within the past 3 months. The cost is $350 - this includes my time to review the bloodwork, and a 60 minute appointment to review the results. You will first need to email me the results so that I can confirm the bloodwork includes the necessary markers.
